- Publication of Tournament Results: For tournaments, we publish results, including competitors' names, on the IFPA website, our website, and, in some cases, on matchplay.events. This is a standard process for official pinball tournaments and helps maintain accurate and transparent records.

Photos and Media
- Event Photography: Photos and videos may be taken at TAPP events. These may appear in event write-ups on our website, our official social media channels, and promotional materials.
- Use of Media: By attending our events, you acknowledge that you may appear in such media. These photos and videos are used to celebrate events, promote the pinball community, and highlight tournament activity.
- Opting Out: If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please advise a TAPP organiser at the event, or contact us. While we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all crowd or background shots, we will do our best to respect requests where possible.
Website Data and Interaction
- Hosting: This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with Cloudflare Workers for server-side functionality.
- Cookies: The site uses cookies only for admin authentication. Public visitors browsing the site are not issued any cookies and are not tracked.
- Analytics: We do not run any third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare may collect standard infrastructure-level data (e.g. request logs) as part of its hosting service. For details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Data Storage: Event data, tournament results, and media are stored in Cloudflare D1 (database) and R2 (file storage). No personal data is collected from public visitors.
